You will work closely with the IT team to resolve issues that have been escalated from the 1st line support, addressing complex problems and implementing solutions that enhance system efficiency and performance.

You will involved in setting up and closing down of sites.

You will also provide onsite support when needed.

You will work closely with the IT team to resolve issues escalated from 1st Line Support and act as a senior escalation point for complex technical matters. Location & Travel Requirements This role is predominantly site-based, with regular field work to support the setup, maintenance, and closure of sites within a regional area of approximately 100 miles from Thame, Oxfordshire.

You will manage multiple concurrent DAS and lab projects, working closely with cross‑functional teams including test engineers, facilities, electricians, network planners, and external Core Technical Knowledge required below as a manager you will need to guide and train them and and work with the project manager and engineers to lead and guide them:
