You will be responsible for the system maintenance, management, design and support for all aspects of the business based across the UK. The amount of users on any one site can vary from 80-150 on a daily basis across 22 siteDuties include but are not limited to:- Configuration and Deployment of desktops and laptop running Microsoft Windows as well as any peripherals.
You will provide first-line support, maintain devices, manage helpdesk requests and support AV and classroom equipment. The role contributes directly to ensuring reliable IT access for staff and students. Experience and Qualifications - Experience in IT support, ideally in an educational or multi-user environment.
