You will oversee IT Support, Infrastructure, and BAU IT Services — ensuring the smooth running of systems, proactive problem-solving, and delivery of technology projects that align with Jewish Care’s strategic goals. You’ll be a visible leader across the organisation, putting the end user at the heart of decision-making, and ensuring IT is recognised as a trusted, customer-focused partner.

You will work closely with the Network Manager to ensure systems run efficiently and securely across the school. This permanent position provides strong development opportunities and the chance to contribute to a rapidly evolving digital environment.

You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.
