You will be reporting to the UK Operations Manager, but will also work closely with the Head Office IT Team, based in the United States. IT Support Analyst Responsibilities: The IT Support Analyst is a critical member of the IT team, responsible for supporting local and remote users in a fast growing company with 24/7 operations.
