You will be part of a wider Technical Services Team, working alongside other specialists. Applicants must have extensive technical experience in a 3rd line support role. You will be an informal point of contact for those in the service users circle of support (e.g. Families and Social Workers)Accurately report and record any issues related to the care and support of our Service Users to monitor their health and wellbeingComply with Health and Safety regulations and have regard for the Health, Safety and Welfare of others

You will be positively supporting people by providing holistic support including personal care, medication administration, integration into the local community and managing their anxieties, which they may communicate through distressing behaviour. No experience is necessary, so don't worry if you don't think you know enough about how to support adults with autism.
