You will assist the Kitchen Managers with the general supervision and coaching of the Kitchen Assistants and deputise for the Kitchen Managers in their absence, maintaining the smooth running of the kitchen. Responsibilities will include: Ensuring the guests' requirements are always met and naturally seeking out opportunities to exceed their expectations

You will load and deliver materials to work sites and collect barriers, cones and fittings once works have been completed, along with carrying out jet washes.

You will be required to work safely but it involves lifting and carrying weights up to 25kg.

You will transport materials to and from local depots, suppliers and builders’ merchants

You will be part of a multi-disciplined team of Engineers covering a 24hr operation, providing support to the site teams to ensure compliance with company legislative requirements, educating, developing, and inspiring team members towards betterment and achievement.

You will drive Engineering activities towards world-class performance; make continuous improvement standard practice.
