You will be responsible for - Ensuring that all statutory reporting and other external compliance requirements for the Group and its affiliates are completed on time and to a high standard - Being a key contact and stakeholder for the FP&R and Consolidation teams to support the delivery of timely and good quality month-end closing and reporting
You will be the subject-matter expert on payroll controls, reconciliations, tax deductions, overtime calculations and monthly payroll analysis, driving continuous improvement and providing clear management information to senior stakeholders.
You will need proven payroll experience managing large-scale payrolls (preferably 5,000+ employees) and leading a small team.
You will also be allocated a company van.
You will want to learn and build a knowledge of utility tracing, noise logging and step-testing planning/operation to allow you to build your experience of leakage monitoring, pressure/flow and flow data capture techniques and methods.
You will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, fault-finding, and installation of a range of security systems, including CCTV, intruder alarms, fire detection, and access control.
You will work across a varied client base, delivering high-quality solutions and excellent customer service.
