You will be the first point of contact for IT related issues, resolving day-to-day technical problems, supporting end-users, and assisting with infrastructure maintenance across the site. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to office staff, engineering teams and production floor users.
