You will ideally have Proven multi-site leadership experience in hospitality or QSR Strong commercial mindset with data‑driven decision making Inspirational leadership style with a focus on people development Confidence to challenge, coach, and hold high standards Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship‑building skills

You will be based in Shropshire with the option to work from home when you need to.

You will also know that industrial and commercial customers in the States expect someone who understands their world, that's is why they need you.

You will be talking to industrial users, facilities companies and overtime, the distributors who support them.

You will need to be a great communicator who can share knowledge, experience and best practices

You will work closely with Fee Earners, Partners, and the Head of Department, helping to deliver a professional, efficient, and client-focused service in what can often be a sensitive and fast-paced area of law.

You will play a vital role in the smooth running of files and act as a key point of contact for clients.

You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, working directly with clients who own, manage and shape a diverse rural landscape where you will need to be flexible in your approach and be a supportive and collaborative team member who is prepared to participate in managing and developing other team members.

You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

You will ideally have a relevant Marketing Qualification / Degree.

You will also need to have a strong understanding of Google Adwords & Google Analytics, Ms Office, Adobe Suite, Canva etc) You’ll be IT literate and have strong literacy and numeracy skills.
