You will provide advanced technical expertise across VOIP, SIP/TDM trunking, Microsoft Teams, and enterprise AV systems, while acting as a senior escalation point for global support.
You will act as a first point of contact for IT and application-related issues, supporting users across the business. The role involves a mix of general IT support and application support, requiring strong communication skills and a structured troubleshooting approach.
