You will work closely with children, parents, and wider family members to hear their views and address these safeguarding worries, with the goal of facilitating Family Group Conferences and other Family Group Decision Making meetings (FGDM), where families are encouraged to work together to make safe plans and improve life for their children at home.
You will be compassionate and outgoing with a natural ability to connect with the people. We arrange a varied programme of events and outings. Ranging from visits to local stately homes, theatres and other places of interest, arts and crafts, Nintendo Switch physiotherapy, exercise classes, home cinema entertainment, croquet on the lawn and IT classes.
You will act as the first point of contact for incoming customer enquiries, handling calls, emails and follow-ups in a professional and approachable manner. A key part of the role is asking the right questions to fully understand customer requirements, including application, expectations and translating this information into clear and accurate quotations.
You will work closely with our dedicated therapy team, which includes an occupational therapist, a speech and language therapist, and a therapy assistant. MacIntyre School and Children’s Homes offer a wide range of facilities for you to use in your role, including a sensory room, bouldering wall, trampoline, and ball pool.
You must have a UK manual driving licence.
