You will be managing a contract covering the North Counties regions, operating with 3 workstreams - Repairs, Voids & Disrepair. Our commercial and operational teams are integrated to ensure that we offer best value and service to our clients. Procurement will be a major part of the role, including negotiating packages of work with our subcontractors and supply chain partners.
