You will play a key role in shaping planning strategy, managing applications, and influencing development outcomes on a range of land and residential projects. This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking to work client-side or step into a more strategic, commercially focused planning role.
You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team of planners, surveyors, archaeologists, engineers and architects based in the Shrewsbury office and part of a business which is big enough for a varied range of work and opportunities but small enough to provide autonomy and a chance to really get to know everyone – expanding your skills and building new connections.
You must be able to drive and use NEC as jobs are scheduled through the systems.
You will be responsible for managing site delivery, overseeing both direct labour and subcontractors, and acting as the primary site contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
You will play a key role in ensuring all works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and in line with commitment to quality, traceability, and value for money.
You will visit patients in their homes to deliver these therapies, ensuring they receive safe, effective, and compassionate care in a familiar environment. Detailed job description and main responsibilities
