You will lead cross-functional projects (primarily Workday Time-Off) aimed at enhancing service delivery, efficiency, and employee experience across BCG. You will be part of the Operations team that is in charge of the overall orchestration of the delivery of core curriculum Learning Journeys and upskilling efforts.
