You will be comfortable working in a team and independently and be dedicated to completing your Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
You will ideally have a grade 4 or above in both your Maths and English GCSEs, however this is not essential. A driving licence is required for this role due to the location of our depot.
You will be part of the Wealth Service Centre Accounting team within our Wealth Finance department, and the Purchasing, Payables and Reconciliations Service Centre which serves the majority of Schroders companies.
You will rotate between the two teams during your 2-year programme.
You will also be given Friday to focus on your studies each week. The rest of the time you will be working within the Services function of the Thales UK business, applying your academic learning into a real life context.
