You will provide engineering services and guidance in general on property matters affecting the on-going management and development of the Data Centres.

You will have site sign off for works to take place and to accept successful completion ensuring all RA and MS and other technical sign off is in place prior to allowing works to take place.

You will be able to carry out fault finding and repairs within the dwellings in client properties. The successful Commercial Gas Engineer will be customer focused, with good communication skills, and carry out your work in a professional manner and to a high standard in compliance with and in accordance with current regulation / legislation.

You will be responsible for completing a wide range of general maintenance tasks to ensure sites are safe, compliant, and well maintained. All work must be completed to a high standard, in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

You will work closely with the store team to help protect our product and assets through investigations, analysis and feedback.

You will also be jointly responsible for educating our store associates on the Loss Prevention agenda and best practices within our stores. The role will require you to handle external theft situations professionally and safely.
