You will provide support to tenants living in managed properties, ensuring they are safe, supported, and able to live independently. You will also assist the Extra Care Manager and Registered Manager in ensuring an empowering service which meets the needs of our clients and works with the service user’s families and friends to promote a positive atmosphere.

You must be flexible, energetic and reliable.

You will be required to work in a flexible manner, on a rota basis, which will include evenings and weekends.

You will work closely with Social Workers and partner agencies to help improve outcomes for children and promote their safety, wellbeing and development.

You must also be able to travel across the borough and work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends to meet service needs.
