You will be using IT to update documents such as support plans, risk assessments and will have a good working knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and assessments of capacity.
You will ensure residents live fulfilling lives, oversee recruitment and training, and maintain accurate records. Ideal candidates have leadership experience and an NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care.
