You will act as the first point of contact for all IT-related queries across the business. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys supporting users in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and takes pride in delivering a high level of service.
You must have solid experience of 365, Azure, AD, Networking
You will act as the primary technical point of contact for employees, diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of IT issues across hardware, operating systems, applications, networking, printing, email, video conferencing and cloud-based services.
You will also reconcile credit card payments with recorded revenue, and ensure all discrepancies are investigated and corrected promptly Key Duties & Responsibilities Verifying daily Revenue against the Point of Sale (POS) and Property Management System (PMS) and generating daily reports to be distributed to internal and external stakeholders.
You will work in both a technical & functional capacity to deliver new enhancements and functionality using Unit4 ERP. The role will involve 3rd line system support, internal consulting and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will assist the Business Systems Manager in gathering requirements, delivering functionality and products which meets the needs of the company

You will be adept in trouble shooting, communication, client liaison and management skills. The main responsibility of the role is to ensure the stability, performance and reliability of integration and enterprise systems across the client base.
You will create a case that is determined by the threshold on the platform which will be of a low, medium or high status.
You will be a key member of the Finance Department's Product Control team, ensuring the integrity of loan trading data across two major systems: WSO and Murex. Key Responsibilities System Reconciliation: Lead the management and resolution of T0 breaks between WSO (Wall Street Office) and Murex loan trades and positions.
You will also support billing and expense processing, and assist with PA duties such as arranging travel and meetings. The role requires someone highly organised, with strong attention to detail, excellent written communication, and the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
