You will have experience supporting vulnerable people in a residential setting and if you share our values and are willing to make a difference to the lives of autistic people, we’d love to hear from you. This role involves supporting individuals with a range of needs to engage in community opportunities, supporting with activities and make the most of their day.
You will be required to provide evidence of these. Holiday entitlement will be based on 29 days (pro rata) per annum rising to 33 days (pro rata) per annum after 5 completed year’s continuous service.
You must be 18 years old or over and have an understanding of what the role entails and be able to follow instruction.
You will need to provide a range of skills including delivering care to patients with complex health needs within their homes, supporting patients and their families. Desirable skills include the ability to perform venepuncture, simple wound care and catheter care.
