You will be responsible for providing direct support to individuals in a variety of settings.

You will play a key role ensuring that individuals receive high standards of care and support to help maximise their independence and dignity throughout their lives.

You will be reporting directly to a Locality Manager, and you will be responsible for ensuring, within your Service(s), that VSS’s local service development and delivery plan is being implemented within your geographical area(s).

You will have experience working with financial information and systems, be confident using Microsoft Office and have strong organisational and communication skills.

You will be accurate, able to work on your own initiative and manage deadlines, and bring a warm, professional manner to your work with staff, service users and visitors.
