You will provide clinical leadership to the care and nursing teams, ensuring that residents receive person-centred care that promotes dignity, choice, and wellbeing.
You will take responsibility for the clinical governance and the running of the service of the home in the absence of the Home Manager, ensuring care delivery meets CQC requirements and aligns with company policies and procedures.
You will influence - and work collaboratively with - the operational teams and agree solutions together.
