You will be responsible for strategic planning, reporting, and IT/system management to ensure operational excellence, maximise clinic capacity, and support continuous improvement across all clinical services. Key Responsibilities - Lead the strategic planning and execution of clinical operations to meet capacity and revenue targets
You will report to the Director of Children's Service and be registered with Ofsted for the fostering service
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the service including oversight of Team Managers, Social Workers, Support Workers, and admin staff.
You will oversee foster care recruitment and retention for the region and ensure therapeutic practices are in place
You will also take part in the on-call rota (although this may be subject to change depending on the needs of the service). You will have responsibility for managing the school sites and vehicles. Completing maintenance tasks, carrying out compliance checks, ensuring a safe, clean and well-maintained site at all times.
You will be workingindependentlyacross the school site with a variety of responsibilities and tasks to complete on a daily/weekly basis.
You will have experience of working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks preparation.
You will be familiar with managing through clear KPIs and making decisions considering labour; stock; food safety requirements, customer sentiment plus others in line with brand standards and a budget.
You will need to be comfortable working within a fast-paced environment and have excellent organisational skills.
You will need to be able to take a proactive approach to continuously maintaining and improving plant operations where necessary. Therefore, the need to have good communication skills and the ability to liaise concisely with all levels of colleagues and suppliers is paramount.
You will assist the branch manager in maximising sales and ensuring the profitability of the branch.
You will represent the branch in promotional events to increase the exposure; and use social media to promote offers, generate customer engagement and sales leads.
You will lead your team by example and set standards by achieving your own sales targets and learning & development objectives.
