You will be reporting into the Head of Employment.
You will be required to quickly and accurately assess the data management landscape, and work with our risk officers and product teams to develop the roadmap of improvements that will enable long term data management compliance of our data.
You will have a track record of developing a high performing team of technical data management professionals.
