You will assist in the Pre-Brief/De-Brief and complete Driver documentation.
You will also complete and maintain the company documentation. As well as communicating with Drivers and Customers via telephone and appropriate company IT Systems. Key Role Responsibilities
You will also be responsible for managing the customer relationship, ensuring that customers have great confidence in the workshop through the provision of excellent service.
You will participate by overseeing the transport operation, efficiently planning the transport resources whilst maintaining daily communication with operational teams, vendors and customers regarding network/route plan changes. Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm. Salary: £32,500 per annum.
