You will need to be a dual professional with experience of the hospitality and catering industry and curriculum management in the FE 16 sector. A teacher training qualification, Internal Verification industry qualification, current L3 Food Safety and Allergen training are essential.

You will oversee behaviour strategies, lead personalised interventions, support de-escalation and model consistent, relational practice to help pupils re-engage with learning.

You will contribute to safeguarding and provide guidance and training to staff, helping maintain a safe, structured and inclusive environment where young people can make meaningful progress.

You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including diabetologists, vascular surgeons, and orthopaedic specialists, to deliver comprehensive treatment plans. Your role will involve assessing, diagnosing, and managing high-risk patients, offering specialised wound care, and preventing complications through early intervention.

You will work alongside the Group Psychological Lead and other members of the team within our Independent Approved Premises (IAP) to deliver psychological services to residents and staff.

You will play a strategic role in our organisational growth with new services, with a focus on shaping service delivery; offering specialist advice, supervising assistant psychologists and postgraduate research.

You will play an active role in helping pupils access the curriculum and make progress, contributing to a positive and well-managed learning environment.
