You will contribute to safety planning, risk assessment and interventions aimed at reducing reoffending, vulnerability and harm, while promoting wellbeing and positive change.

You will support individuals with complex needs, requiring resilience, professionalism and a calm, supportive approach.

You will be required to have the resilience to work with children who have social, emotional and behavioural needs in a nurturing, sensitive, caring way.
