Interventions Manager jobs in Berkshire

You will lead a team of Senior Social Workers, managing statutory duties while promoting the welfare of vulnerable children. Responsibilities include caseload management, quality assurance, and team development. A professional Social Work qualification, substantial experience in children and families social work, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.

You will also play a vital role in supporting students with challenging behaviour in the classroom.

You will ensure that they are equipped with the right tools to support them in laying down foundations for good mental health.

You will be contacted if you have been short-listed.

You will act as a trusted adult, helping students develop self-awareness, emotional regulation, and positive behaviour strategies that will support them throughout their education and beyond.

You will work proactively to prevent behavioural issues and reactively to support students during challenging moments.

You will have senior leadership experience and a strong commitment to delivering our CQC improvement plan, ensuring that adult social care maintains its "Good" CQC rating while further embedding the Target Operating Model.

You will be expected to model the council’s values and behaviours in all you do: Inclusive, Ambitious, Always Learning.
