Internal Communications Coordinator jobs in Wisbech

You will provide continuous 1:1 nursing care, medication management, monitoring of chronic conditions and coordination with local doctors and clinics.

You will co-ordinate a project that could make a real difference to people living and dying well. The successful candidate will need experience within volunteer administration in addition to excellent organisational, communication and networking skills. Bespoke training will be provided by CPFT voluntary services team, as well as ongoing support to help the post-holder recruit and train volunteers.

As the work is primarily carried out within occupied homes, the successful candidate must have excellent people skills, a professional manner, and the ability to communicate effectively with residents at all times.

You will coordinate trades teams, organise daily activities, and act as the main point of contact for residents, clients, and colleagues. The position requires a calm, people-focused approach, as you'll regularly support vulnerable occupants and manage sensitive situations.

You will carry out site inspections, resolve issues as they arise, and maintain accurate records to keep projects on track.

You must already live within a reasonable commuting distance of the site near Peterborough. Relocation is not offered and will not be considered.
