Internal Communications Coordinator jobs in Macclesfield

You will work closely with engineers and clients across the UK, US, and Europe, supporting projects from initial enquiry through to completion. This company is a notified body that provides compliance testing and training on a wide range of machinery across the UK and Europe.

You will take ownership of enquiries from first contact through to conversion or handover, ensuring every opportunity is handled correctly and followed through. Speed, accuracy, confidence and ownership are essential.

You must be willing to take ownership and enforce process, not simply support it.

You will provide continuous 1:1 nursing care, medication management, monitoring of chronic conditions and coordination with local doctors and clinics.

You will provide excellent customer service to our key customers over the phone, face to face in branch or via email to drive customer loyalty. You’ll manage a live portfolio of current customers whilst proactively targeting and developing new customers into profitable accounts.

You will need to understand individual client requirements, build rapport & grow your client portfolio.

You will partner with Research, Development & Operations experts to build innovative strategies for development of current and future drug portfolio and identify activities to define effective regulatory strategy on a global basis.

You will work with Operations Supply Chain leadership to define strategy and priorities for optimisation of commercial supply chain for a portfolio of products.
