Internal Communications Coordinator jobs in Barnstaple

You will provide continuous 1:1 nursing care, medication management, monitoring of chronic conditions and coordination with local doctors and clinics.

You will also have oversight of planned packages of care delivered by our team of MSHCA, supporting them to safely deliver personal care at home throughout our 7 day service.

You will work across the full week, and weekends be responsible for supporting the MSHCAs.

You will need to be able to work within a busy and close-knit team whilst also demonstrating a degree of autonomy in your practice.
