You will primarily be working from a Database of existing clients and potential new customers, with responsibility for a designated geographical area. Predominantly working within Automotive / Vehicle workshops sector. Role and responsibilities:
You will support a team of assessors to reach their full potential by providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities. At the same time, youll ensure that all assessment practices meet the rigorous standards set by awarding organisations and our internal quality frameworks.
You will also develop alternative field reporting applications for QA processes and check sheets.
You will test and demonstrate the daily diary internally and assist in preparing training materials ready for roll out including self-learning videos and guidance notes.
You will have a strong ability to develop software applications and link platforms working alone and in team.

You will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and nurturing relationships with clients across a diverse international landscape. - Jet-Set for Success: Travel to international events, conferences, and client locations to represent our brand, conduct high-stakes presentations, and solidify critical business partnerships.
You will engage with key decision-makers across schools and groups to understand their unique challenges and recommend tailored membership options that meet their needs. This role focuses on the Asia & India regions.
You will likely achieve circa £25k OTE - Exciting progression opportunities (two team members have been promoted to senior positions within the past 12 months)
