You will manage a high volume of HR queries, support the employee lifecycle, and play a key role in initiatives such as wellbeing, performance management, absence, and staff development. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will: Advise and support managers on employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, and capability.
