You will work alongside 4 other QSs and a procurement and pre-con team to allow you to focus on your own QS duties. The successful candidate will be capable of working independently, taking full ownership of their workload, and delivering high-quality work with attention to detail and commercial acumen.

You will look after Small Works projects up to £2m in value.

You will then negotiate the contract sum within the budget, including finalising costs to cover all late variations.
