You should be educated to a relevant degree or diploma level with 6+ years’ post graduate experience. Applicable knowledge of creative design methodologies and processes necessary.
You will be able to show expert concept layout skills as well as creativity and the ability to adhere to SMC brand ideals.
You will lead coordination with consultants and contractors, resolve complex technical issues, and support the wider team in addressing technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
You will take a senior role within the studio, leading projects from initial concept through to completion. Projects range from high-end private residences and pied-à-terres to immersive, characterful hospitality and commercial environments. The studio does not adhere to a fixed house style; instead, each project is driven by the client’s personality, lifestyle, and the spirit of the building.
You will have experience supporting concept development and translating ideas into clear, spatially resolved models and visuals that communicate design intent.
