You will be responsible for creating a supportive atmosphere, implementing care plans, and managing challenging behaviours with a calm and professional approach. Shift Patterns Available: We offer a variety of shift patterns to accommodate your preferences, including: - Day shifts: Providing essential support during waking hours.

You will be an excellent report writer and able to work to strict deadlines. - Hold a Social Care England recognised qualification in Social Work or equivalent - Previous experience of children and families social work - A comprehensive working knowledge of all relevant legislation pertaining to children's services as well as publications

You will also be responsible for writing rotas, ensuring that staff are deployed adequately to provide the support that is needed.

You will be involved in the everyday routines of the patients, ensuring the psychological needs of each individual are met.

You must also be committed to under-taking all pre-employment training and have a desire to further your career by gaining further qualifications.
