You will operate as a site-embedded Health & Safety Manager, working closely with construction managers, engineers and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with Tier 1 standards. The role balances hands-on site leadership with reporting, assurance and coordination activities completed remotely.

You will evaluate and negotiate subcontractor quotations, manage variations and claims, and maintain accurate commercial and contractual records throughout the project lifecycle.
