You will help to manage a high performing team, champion ethical sourcing, and deliver continuous improvement across the supply chain.
You will be responsible for managing 2 team members as well as supporting our clients graduate programme, and will be able to step up and deputise for the Supply Chain Lead when needed.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, to ensure there is implementation of a robust risk management approach and effective control environment.
You will be comfortable delivering constructive challenge, oversight and advice to stakeholders at levels.
You will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, developing sustainable solutions, coaching teams, and ensuring that lean principles are embedded into everyday operations. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage continuous improvement projects across all operational areas.
You will partner with major pharma organisations to accelerate their scientific data centralisation and AI-readiness initiatives, operating across large enterprise environments with multi-technology stacks already in place.
You will act as the primary technical leader across strategic enterprise accounts, combining scientific domain expertise, architectural depth, and commercial instincts.
You will be the internal face at our offices in Macclesfield and Manchester, and an ambassador for Inizio Medical within our local community. This is a high-profile role which has a vital part to play in cultivating our culture by helping to create an excellent office experience for our employees.
