You will play a major part in supporting the DO & CO family to deliver exceptional food and service, maintaining the high reputation of DO & CO with our partners.

You will be precise and have great attention to detail when recording and completing paperwork as well as ensuring all records are up to date.

You will be responsible for: - Health and safety compliance, ensuring all employees take responsibility for H&S and driving safety-first culture in the work area. - The day-to-day operation and performance of the work area ensuring work plan and scorecard targets are achieved to exceed customer expectation.

You will be the primary contact for customers and hauliers, managing relationships while ensuring compliance with transport regulations and company policies.

You will also deputise for the Education Manager as required, ensuring a consistent and responsive approach across the site. Key Responsibilities: - Support the Education Manager in the leadership and operational delivery of the education department. - Manage, mentor, and develop teaching and support staff to achieve learner success and contractual targets.

You will understand and comply with all Health and safety regulations and company policies, ensuring all properties comply with statutory requirements (e.g., Building Safety Act, HSE, Fire Safety Order, Gas Safety Regulations, Electrical Safety Standards, Legionella, Asbestos, Lifting Operations, HHSRS).
