You must be safety-conscious, have strong troubleshooting skills, and work well both independently and as part of a team.

You will be required to work a 12.5 hour day shift pattern which includes weekends on a rotation of 5 days on followed by 4 days off in rotation. You may be asked to work outside of normal working hours during particularly busy periods such as the annual Stocktake period in April/May, which also requires adherence to a holiday restriction whilst the Stocktake is being undertaken.

You must be safety-conscious, have strong troubleshooting skills, and work well both independently and as part of a team.

You should bring strong discipline delivery and build experience, with the ability to independently resolve technical and construction issues.

You will be accountable for the safe and timely delivery of Johnson Matthey Projects at Royston.
