You will be covering 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm working alternate weekends and shared Bank Holidays.

You will also get involved in other management tasks such as: Recruiting and training staff Arranging staff rotas

You will:Be the technical authority for RCM and condition-based maintenance. Own and evolve the RCM / remote condition monitoring systems across the locomotive fleet. Use trend analysis and live performance data to prevent in-service failures before they occur. Influence long-term reliability improvements by working closely with Engineering and Maintenance teams.
