Support workers provide care, assist with daily living, and offer emotional support.

Support Workers provide companionship, assistance with daily tasks, and emotional support to individuals in their homes, supporting them with appointments and activities.

You will expected to get stuck in and support these young people in all aspects in their life - this will occasionally include personal care.

You will have frequent updates with your progress through compliance, applications for specific roles as well as receiving additional information on roles which we feel may be of interest to you.

Support Worker needed in Yeovil. Responsibilities include personal care, household tasks, and ensuring residents' wellbeing.

You will act as a key Support Worker for a number of customers, carrying out regular one to one sessions, enabling positive, trusting and respectful relationships to be built and enable them to move forward to independent living.

You will receive full training and induction and will be working alongside a colleague on every shift, there is no lone working.

You will also support the young people with placement assistance and enrichment to ensure they have a wealth of opportunities for the future. - Build relationships and provide emotional support during both highs and lows.
