You will be the primary point of contact between the project team and residents, leading resident liaison work and ensuring minimal disruption, successful access arrangements, and a smooth refurbishment process for residents. You will be patrolling local roads and streets and key car parking locations, advising the public of where they can park safely and securely, issuing enforcement tickets to incorrectly parked vehicles, reporting suspected abandoned vehicles, and dealing with enquiries from the members of the public.
