You will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing solutions using the MS Integration Services & MS Power Platform suite including but not limited to Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, APIM, Functions & Function Apps, SQL Server, Azure SQL, Dataverse, D365 modules, 3rd-party APIs, Azure Synapse, Fabric and Key Vault.
You must possess a current NMC or HCPC registrationand have the ability to travel within the locality, with occasional requirement for travel out of county.
You will be expected to have an understanding of the National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare and Funded Nursing Care, in particular the elements in relation to patient reviews.
