Installation Manager jobs in Gloucester
You will be required to work both in-house reporting to the workshop manager and on customers sites, reporting to the services director, where you will be responsible for the mechanical assembly of automation machinery and systems.
You will take pride in everything you work on, ensuring everything you touch is delivered to the highest possible standards and in a timely fashion.
You will also provide basic user guidance, ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly and that users feel confident and supported. This role includes participation in a weekend on-call rota approximately every 6–8 weeks , responding to urgent installation or maintenance issues outside of regular working hours.
You will manage structured cabling, conduct compliance testing, and work closely with engineering teams to verify connectivity and readiness before handover.
You will also be trusted to take ownership of build documentation, schedules, and compliance reporting, ensuring installations are accurate, timely, and fully aligned with client requirements.
