You will need to be a strong communicator with a calm and professional manner and the ability to put the customer at the centre of all you do. You will liaise on a daily basis with a wide range of internal and external contacts, including our homeowners, Lodge Managers, internal teams such as sales and finance, contractors and suppliers. Occasionally, you may be required to visit retirement developments across the country, so you’ll need a driving licence and be willing to travel.

You will be qualified to A-level standard and ideally, Level 3 IRPM. In addition, you will demonstrate excellent keyboard skills and knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook to an intermediate / advanced standard.

You will possess excellent organisation and communication skills, able to multi-task and prioritise workload with strong attention to detail.

You will deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches to drive sales including handling enquiries, developing the digital profile of the home and networking with the local community.

You will provide technical support and service fulfilment to users of ICT across the business, including our remote access to our construction sites, sales offices and managed developments.

You will also need to have experience of supporting a distributed user base.

You will also be highly organised, be capable of managing your own workload and capable of working alone or as part of a team.

You will ensure that all service charge budgets and accounts are prepared accurately, within CEM workflow timeframes and in accordance with current legislation, lease requirements and industry practice.

You will also have responsibility for the Transactional Service Charge Team, this includes Sales/Purchase Ledger and Credit Control functions.

You will take overall responsibility for the national and regional contractor, sub-contractor and supplier agreements to ensure exceptional quality of work and value for money.

You will be an experienced team manager, able to harness the skills and qualities of your team who are based both in the office and out in the field.
