You will have an HNC/SVQ3 or equivalent in an IT related subject or significant experience in similar role.
You will work as part of a team to provide support, fault diagnosis and repair of IT systems, applications and devices.
You will have good written and oral communication skills, proven fault diagnosis and rectification abilities/techniques, with good organisational skills.
You will advise the Chief Executive and the Care Inspectorate Board on the implementation and development of policy, strategy, procedures and practice within these areas and ensure that corporate governance standards are upheld.
You will be a solutions-focused and forward-thinking leader with proven experience of managing diverse multidisciplinary teams and significant budgets.
You will have a broad working knowledge and experience in the following areas.
You will be involved in supporting all the above areas both in a business as usual capacity and project driven.
You will be expected to develop and maintain a solid understanding of all relevant platforms and services in order to provide end-to-end support effectively.
