You will be on site from the groundworks stage, managing the build through structure, externals, internals and final handover. The business self-delivers key elements of the works, so this role suits someone comfortable working closely with in-house teams as well as subcontractors.
You will be required to liaise with the Sub Agent and Section Foreman to allocate labour, plant and materials to carry out works activities to the required standards, programme and budget.
You must hold the following competencies - CSCS White, White-Yellow, Red - Experienced, Black - Manager or Gold - Supervisor
You will be required to report to the Sub Agent and supervise the site engineering team from construction to close out.
You must hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle
You must hold a CSCS card (White, White-Yellow, Red - Experienced, Black - Manager or Gold - Supervisor)
You will operate as a site-embedded Health & Safety Manager, working closely with construction managers, engineers and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with Tier 1 standards. The role balances hands-on site leadership with reporting, assurance and coordination activities completed remotely.

You will also need to manage the site engineering team and be responsible for the performance and development of site and Section Engineers.
You will also assist with the production of programmes, progress reports, resource and cost plans and contribute to financial forecasting, site measurement, material reconciliations and cost control will also be your responsibility.
You will be responsible for undertaking land/topographic/hydrographic/measured building surveys, using a variety of specialist equipment and technology, such as robotics and 3D scanners.
You will prepare survey drawings with Senior Land Surveyor, presenting data to clients and writing reports.
