You will be based at either our City or Coach Lane campus as part of the IT Application Support team within Digital Technology and Transformation Services. You will have strong networks among main contractors, structural engineers, and specifiers.

You should be experienced in delivering project sales by targeting large-scale projects like data centres, large infrastructure, renewable energy projects, and industrial facilities.

You will be responsible for: Managing properties and supporting residents to be able to live independent lives Letting properties, managing rent accounts, dealing with anti-social behaviour and ensuring repairs are carried out Listening to residents and dealing with issues before they become a complaint.
