You will oversee the Transmission Tower structural assessment and design outputs, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, while also identifying improvements in team delivery and fostering staff development, maintaining close collaboration with the UK Principal Structural Engineer and the Head of Engineering.

You will serve as the subject matter authority for Silverfort, driving architecture, policy design, integrations, troubleshooting, and service enhancements across a highly regulated organisation.
